Guys all it proves is BA customer service is not outsourced to India!!!!
Sorry guys but other than some cricket fans the vast majority of British people wouldnt have a clue who Tendulkar was.
I do not understand such a hostile public reaction against the airline over a minor incident such as losing luggage. Sachin Tendulkar is a superhero in India and the rest of the cricket world and he has always acted a as a normal decent human being. His reaction to the luggage loss was what that you expect from a passenger, but I am surprised by the hostile public reaction. All the facts are not known to me but I think it is normal for an airline employee to ask for all the details including full name. Jams
So what's the fuss. A lot of travelers go thru such agony during journeys. Now that it happens to some famous cricketer which belongs to india, the matter has got so much importance and outburst. Take it easy SRT as well as india.
This is what happens when customer service automates reply :)
I always thought only common people received improper treatment from BA. Now I know they do this to famous people as well. Thanks BA !!!!!!!!!!!
Sit back and relax hindi movie lovers, film " My name is Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar" in on the cards!!
